The My Health Record system (previously known as the personally controlled electronic health record, PCEHR, or eHealth record system) is a secure online history of a patient’s health information. It allows doctors, hospitals and other healthcare providers to view and share patient health information. The resources on this website have been developed for individuals and organisations who support general practices connecting to the My Health Record system. You will learn fundamentals about the My Health Record system, how to help a practice set up access to the system, and how to support the GP's ongoing use of the system. This site also contains additional resources to help you troubleshoot issues which may arise, and organisations that you can contact to get further support.
You can complete any of the 5-15 minute long online modules.
